Sys fader error

The memory could not be read click on ok to terminate program

Sys fader: iexplore.exe Application Error

also recieved Snmaster.idx data base file is missing please restore this file

The only info i found on iexplore said leave it alone however I cannot access my game site can you please give me some insite or at least send me in the right direction

Recently i have completely reformatted my computer last night i did restore three times and at this point i am near tears
