system crash

Help!! I updated zone alarm and spybot and my system went berserk! First, my dial up would not connect. Gave me error message 619. After a few attempts, I could connect to my ISP, but no pages will load. Keeps saying "page cannot be displayed". Tried to go back and delete the updates and get message "cannot find the resources to delete"?? Tried system restore and it says "cannot be restored to any of the restore points"

What versions of spybot and zonealarm?

Thank you for your response. I am running xp professional, spybot 1.3.1tx, zone alarm pro. System is still down on my main pc, so am using my other one.

Check to see if Windows XP firewall is on. If so, shut it down.
Firewalls don't like other firewalls running on the same computer.
