System Mechanic 4c

    Have just upgraded to System Mechanic 4c
    and found out that the DEFRAG utility does not work on my WIN98SE.
    Was told that a patch should be coming out soon (when?)
    Just thought I'd share the experience.
    Have great esteem for this product but when there's an important glitch such as this one,
    the consumer should be informed.

    Update on System Mechanic.

    With problems still in the air with regards to their DEFRAG (at least for my system Win98SE) and other glitches, I made my request for a refund and they've finally accepted it.
    Did try to work it out with Support Team but was impossible. Have to give them credit for the support though. Answers within 24 hours!
    Have yet to see my credit card statement but I'm sure the refund is on it's way.
