I recently installled new ram on my computer , 2x1gb-dualchannel-OCZ gold series-enhanced latency-pc2 5400-667mhz-ddr2 sdram on an Asus p5ld2 motherboard. When i start it up the post says its detecting it as pc2 3200.I'm not sure if its on the qvl or not so im going to check soon.please let me know if theres any way i can change this without buying new ram.

This link confirms you should be able to use this RAM at 667MHz.

The first thing I would recommend to you would be to clear the CMOS. (Assuming you haven't done any tweaking in BIOS) There should be a jumper to allow you do do so. Check in the user manual to find out where.
