A Kingston ValueRAM 2GB (2 x 1GB set) shows Unbuffered Dual Channel System Memory, what is the reason to buy memory in this Unbuffered state ?

Unbuffered (also called Unregistered or non-ECC) RAM is normal RAM that most computers use. This means the memory controller is dealing directly with the memory.

Registered memory (ECC), is more commonly used in servers. It has an error checking component to enhance reliability. This does result in decreased performance, and on a small scale is not necessary-- hence why PC's dont use it.

In short, there is nothing wrong with Unbuffered RAM for your system :)
