System Monitor XP

    I am using XP's Perfrormance Manger to monitor my system. What exactly do the numbers in the boxes below the graph indicate? For example, for Pagfile usage the maximum box reads 200000000. Is this bytes? And how is this interpreted?

    I have 756 mb of RAM. How is the system using the 2 gbs of memory? Is this the size of the pagefile? I have 1.2 gbs as the maximum for the PF.
