Hey everyone. I'm having a big issue with my computer. I have an E-machines 8100 running Dell. Well recently i tried to restore my computer to its factory settings (Too slow, too much crap, ect. ). I did the basic thing, Ctrl+F11 while its booting, and it worked as planned. It took me to the system restore screen, and while it was loading it came up with an Error: " The file \minint\system32\l_intl.nls could not be loaded. Error code 32768"

    ((shouldn't it be \Windows\system32\l_intl.nls?))

Well now when i turn on the computer, there isnt anyway i can get into windows, it just goes to that screen. It loads partway then brings up the error.

Can anyone help me? Just give me some advice on what to do?
