system restore points

I am going through a massive clean out and have got rid of most of the rubbish in the PC and now i would like to remove all restore points to free up space on the HD and create 1 new point as i have the PC where i want it.

I continued to search after posting this and have found a good tutorial on how to do it.

At some point i knew how to do it but i have been on heavy meds (prescription )
for a long time and they have effected my memory.
You would not believe how many time i have to re-learn things.
