System Restore problems

Current Usage 20.25GB and increasing while only having 1 restore point. Have no clue why this is happening. I need help. Don't know if this (pic) has something to do with it but who knows. Discovered the info in the pic only today. I can't delete those and have googled but can't find the info. Have no idea when this all started to happen. Could there be a virus lurking in system restore?

I've got MBAM Premium, Avast free and HitmanPro paid. The latest Macrium Reflect (free) image I have is dated April 27, 2015. Yeah, yeah I know. Usually I make an image every few weeks.

What gives? Do I have to remove the 3 above-mentioned software prior to restoring with Reflect? Would you recommend a Reflect restore? Have never done before.

This is what happened now. I created a manual restore point and deleted the previous restore point which was created when deleting the Auslogics Defrag software. Right now the size of the manual created restore point is 563.98MB. Had to rub my eyes to see if it was true. Have to check it regularly for a few days to see what happens. I will be back if the MB?GBs go up far too much in the coming days.
