system restore renew

    Hi there, I've performed System Restore due to my PC running very slow. I left the PC running , and it appeared to have done so without any error messages. However, now I can't get past log in screen, I get the following error message "Explorer.EXE - Unable to locate component" This application failed to start because WININET.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.
