System Service Exception

I am running windows 10 on my Hp laptop, yesterday when I went to open my game, my laptop rebooted with the blue screen error. I deleted my game and downloaded and reinstalled, but that did not fix my problem, I do not know how to fix this problem. can someone please help me. thanks

the blue screen error said,
Your PC Ran into a Problem and Needs to Restart. We're just collecting some error info and then we'll restart for you

and the game actually is not a game but called blue stacks so I can play my games on my laptop instead of my phone, I have been using it for almost 2 years.

 

Well I may have fixed my problem, I deleted a few drivers and reinstalled them, also deleted bluestacks and reinstalled a previous version, and I managed to play my game in it now. Where as before I wouldn't have gotten that far, because my computer would shutdown before bluestacks even managed to load. so I am hoping my problem is fixed
