System Service Exception

I have an HP pavilion laptop, and every time I open bluestacks to play my game I get the blue screen which says

your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. we're just collecting some error information and then we'll restart for you.
If you'd like to know more, you can search online later for this error: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

I have deleted drivers, and updated them. deleted bluestacks, reinstalled, I cannot figure out how to fix this problem this time.

I cant open bluestacks to even play any games.

I tried to do what you suggested, i just don't understand what they are asking, i have no idea if i have a virtual box, and as for Hyper V, no clue, i went into programs and features but don't see what they are asking me to do. Im so confused.

 

Did you manage to find a solution? If not...

In Programs and Features, did you find "Windows Features On/Off"? If you found this, was the HyperV check box anywhere in the list?

I am curious. I noticed that HyperV cannot be installed on Windows 10 Home if you have that. But that, o/c, wouldn't explain the bluescreens as possibly related to HyperV, since the fix suggested in the thread in Plodr's link is to disable H-V. Just curious if you have Home or Pro.

The poster in the thread mentioned installing H-V. I wouldn't be 100% surprised if installing H-V and then disabling it solved the problem lol. Seems Windows has always been this way with some things. Also the poster installed this version of Bluestacks I believe:
