System Slowness

    My new XP Pro system appears slow when moving with in a site. For example, when in American Express, I periodically look at recent activity. In doing so, I usually can wait 10 to 15 seconds before that section opens. I tried disabling my Sygate firewall, but that didn't help. I'm also running AVG, Ad-Aware, Spyware Blaster and Spybot.
