I'm having big time problem with my System Tools. It won't work properly, meaning, for example with my ScanDisk, when I start scanning it would stuck forever! Also the same thing happens when I use Defragmenter it would stuck. I know my problem will lead to a much more bigger problem that fact that I always reset my computer from the CPU itself... Meaning my computer might.... No has a high tendancy to collapse. Please help me! Oh! By the way... I'm using Win Me... Can anyone please help me?

Windows Me is a cr@ppy operating system. If you have another option then I would change.

Find the manufacturer of your hard drive (Bios, Device Manager or System Information will tell you) and download a utility to check it's integrity.

We have most here available in the downloads section.

You're right, it is stupid to ask, but only because I told you how in my original post.

For the brand of hard drive, look in Device Manager in Control Panel.

Start, Settings, and then click Control Panel.

Double-click the System icon, then click the Device Manager tab and look for your hard drive listed.

Once you have those details, download a manufacturer's utility to check it.

We have most available here in the downloads section.
