OK...I believe this to be an OS thing (or maybe BIOS) I have seen it before with a different mobo and PCI vid card but both systems are running Win200Pro...

(if this needs to go in hardware...please move with my apologies)

When I try to turn the system off (click Start, shutdown, etc....) the system will go through its stuff shutdown, but immediately restart.....

I have seen it before but can't remember how to fix it...

Is it just the "Auto Reboot" check mark in the recovery stuff?
or os it a BIOS setting...

only happens on systems with PCI vid cards

    any thoughts?

    Nope.....

I remember having this issue in another machine in the past,,,, I am almost positive that it has something to do with a PCI vid card....
