System won't turn on.

There was a storm coming our way earlier this evening so I shut down my system. The storm never really got as bad as forecast, no loss of power or anything. I had shut down everything in the room including the surge strip that the system was plugged into. I tried to boot the computer back up and upon pressing the power button nothing at all happened.

Yes I tried switching outlets and making sure all switches were in the correct position and nothing at all when pressing the power button. The green light is on on the MB so it should be getting power but nothing.

System Specs:

ASUS A8N-SLI Premium
AMD 3800 socket 939 Proc.
4 GB Corsair RAM
EVGA 9800GTS 640MB Card
OCZ 780 PSU

I'm thinking its the PSU but wanted some expert opinions from here.
