System32..aggghhh Help

    I am getting 3 Dos screens keep flashing up quickly on the moniter all the time..Ive just worked out what is sayingit is..
    C:\Windows\System32\CMD.exe
    This resourse file does not exist
    How can I create it stop the dos screens from keeping on flashing on the monitor..
