When I Was Shutting Down My Laptop The Battery Fell Out And Now When I Turn It On This Comes Up:
    Windows Boot manger

Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem:

1.Insert your windows installation disc and restart your computer

    2. Choose your language settings, and then click "Next".

    3. Click "Repair your computer"

If you do not have this disc, contact your administrator or computer manufacturer for assistance.

    File: \windows\system32\config\system

    Status: 0xc000014c

Info: windows failed to load because the system registry file is missing, or corrupt.

i looked up on a lot of fourms but no help, i don't have the installion disc plz help. It Is A Windows 7 System. Answers Would Be Great :)

Next question, did the actual battery fall out or did the AC adapter simply come out of the plug.
I currently own one laptop and two netbooks and on all three HP, ASUS and Acer, the battery locks in place. (I used to own a Micron laptop too with a locking battery). I carry the units all over so with the locking mechanism working, it is next to impossible for the battery to fall out.

As far as recovery, Acer has a program listed in the All Programs called Acer then Acer eRecovery Mnagement. When you click on that, one of the options was to Create Factory Default Backup to media, so you could restore the computer in case windows would not load and you could not use the hidden recovery partition.

Maybe someone here knows a method of using Windows Restore outside of Windows loading. I do not for Win 7 32 bit.

That error has to do with a master boot record error. Someone else will have to step in and explain what tools to use and how to repair the boot up.

There is a paid program http://neosmart.net/EasyBCD/
but I'm fairly certain some geek here will have a free program solution.
