Everytime I start my computer an error message comes up saying that I don't have the system32.exe file in my computer. How do I stop this message or what do I have to do?

You were (maybe still are) infected with a virus which dropped that file on your system. Some info:

Are you running an updated anti-virus program? That might be able to take care of it. If you're running ME or XP you'll need to disable System Restore before you scan:

Here's a good (free) online scanner:

Once the virus is completely clean, it looks like you'll have to manually delete the registry key referring to that file. If you're running XP follow these directions I found:
If you're not running XP let us know what OS you have.
