   I just recieved a error that is <windows root>\system32\hal.dll.What is it?How do I correct it?I have already tried system restore and ran a spyware check.I also have Norton Systems and ran the windows check up as well.I also ran check disk.Can anyone help me reinstall this.This occured after I reinstalled xp pro.I reinstalled all of my driver disks that came with my system to.
