Systems Mechanic

Is there a software I can download on here that can help my system function better? The reason I ask is because I went on Dell and ran a Free Scan on my pc and it showed many problems. I'm hoping it will fix many if not all of the issues.

P.S. The Systems Mechanic on Dell was for 39.95 I think.

 

Please describe what your system is doing and be more specific in order for us to help you.
It maybe just a simple restore back to where it was running smoothly or
run MBAM full scan(takes an hour to scan).
Another one I scan with is SAS full scan....both are free software..

Well when I did the Free scan on Dell.com, it scanned the entire pc I think. It checked for corrupt files, security gaps, memory usage, files that were not needed or something like that. It scanned for quite a few things, then listed them. But since I don't have the almost 40 bucks to buy it, I chose to see what you guys had here and to ask about it.
