Talking Alarm Clock

I downloaded Talking Alarm Clock from Major Geeks but when I try to install it on my Windows 10 system I get an error that says "This file was blocked because it does not have a valid digital signature that verifies its publisher" How can I correct this?

 

Looks like the publisher isn't around anymore... and MG's "installation" file (2 Mb) download is online installation - meaning it still requires communicating with the website. Googling around, I found the "standalone" installation file (30 Mb). You can download it from the Wayback Machine here and install. There's more description in the Wayback Machine here.

[Edit to add]: Forgot to mention that I ran the full installation file against VirusTotal online - all except one obscure scanner flagged it as safe.

Thanks I tried the 30 Mb file but unfortunately I get the errors 2502 and 2503 when I tried to use it. I found some info on these errors but I have not found a way to get rid of these errors yet. Any suggestions?

 

I downloaded and installed and it worked fine. Here're some info about errors 2502 and 2503 that might be helpful??

 

I gave up on installing this on win 10 but just recently tried to install it on a win 7 system. It installed with some errors and then it ran but did not show alarms. So I downloaded the install files again both the MG one and the smaller Way back one. This time when I ran the install files I got an error saying the parameter is incorrect. This happen with both install files. Does anyone know what is causing this error and how to fix it? I really like using this program and after all these years it works great where it was previously installed. Given that does anyone know of a similar program that I might use that is still supported? thanks.
