I am new to the boards here, so forgive me if I didn't read deep enough to find another thread similiar to this.
The past few days I've been getting some weird pop-ups and attempts at download for outwar.
I believe targetnet.com is responsible, and I've run ad-aware 6, and spybot....to no avail, it keeps coming back! :(

I took a screenshot, and was wondering if someone can help or advise me? I tried hijackthis, but have no clue what to look for. This....is....pissing.....me....off! lol
Thx in advance for any tips, I appreciate it! SHould I try Pest Patrol maybe?

    :)

CWShredder is always worth a try. Pest Patrol is an excellent product, I recently reviewed it. Make sure your antivirus is up to date.
