Task bar editing

I have too many programs in my tray and i want to move them or only run when i want them to ,not at start up.it takes a while for them to start up then i right click to exit or stop them.this is a pain in the butt,as most of them are for games and video,yes a teenager is in the house lol.he is a geek in the making and thats a good thing.ty for the help

If you turn them off, you can usually still start them manually. I usually just make a new shortcut with the file command listed in Ccleaner, and click it when I need it. Some of these also have options, if you right click on the icon, to close them. Many programs that need these things will automatically start them also, but it slows down at least the first program's startup.
