Task Manager almost gone?

Take a look at the attached pic [TM background should be white, but I saved it as transparent so...]

This happened earlier today or yesterday. I recently installed a bunch of graphics tablet software, the following freeware is what I installed last:

DeskHide [temporarily hides all desktop icons]
EverNote [a^2 squared the demo for this had a Trojan - I deleted the demo]
MyViewPad
Cleanup Assistant [Wouldn't recommend - was hoping I could clean an external hard drive with it, but no...]

 

Try double-clicking in the light colored blank space between the word "Task" and the top edge of the box, or anywhere in the light colored blank border area that surrounds the darker olive colored box. That should at least bring some of it back; like the tabs and the menu options (File, Options, View, etc).

 

When I double click, Task Manager is minimized to tray. Right click brings up the menu shown on the pic below.

It worked. I double-clicked on the wrong part earlier, but after reading your answer more closely I realized what you meant and it worked. Thank you.
