I have attached a screenshot to clarify what I'm talking about.... what's the deal with that?!?!?! This particular PC has numerous problems (none are malware related so far) such as the permissions are messed up, and the abundance of the spools.exe in the task manager..... so, any ideas on the spools.exe will be appreciated. If someone could shed some light on the permissions issue, that would be great too, but it's really a topic for another thread, and I've fixed it before, so the main thing here is the spools.exe....

    THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    :-D
