Task Manager problem

    When I press "control+alt+delete", the task manager window opens for less than a second, then closes. It does not minimize, it closes. I am running xp pro and have not added sp2. Also, when my system boots, ie opens and says "y E a K u K z" at the top. Is this related? what is it and how do I get rid of it? Thanks

    Hi Kitch,

    This is a known malware problem. You should start by carefully following all of the instructions here: READ ME FIRST: Basic Spyware, Trojan And Virus Removal

    Note the steps you are able to complete and the ones that give you problems. Then post back in the Spyware Specific Forum if you need further assistance. Good Luck :)
