Task Manager

    I need some help please.

    When I hit CTL/ALT/DEL to access Task Manager, it tells me that it was diabled by the administrator. Since I have only one profile on this computer, that should be me and I did not disable this on puropose! How do I do in and turn it back on. Thank you!

    I have Windows XP Pro
    Don't have a computer brand, it was a handbuilt computer (not by me!)
