Task Manager

    Hi all.
    Anyone know why Task Manager isn't showing which process is using the CPU?
    When I am in Processes it says at the bottom the CPU usage but doesn't tell me which one is using it.
    Even though I know which one is using it and the application is on the list it shows 0%.
    System idle also always shows 0%.
    It used to work but now it doesn't??
