    I have Win7 64Bit and 6. GB or DDR3. Memory.

In Task Manager it says my Free Memory is 527 and this is not to bad.

Now I know I can take out things in the msconfig startup list and I do.
I just have my AntiVirus running.

What other things can I do to free up Memmory?
    Thanks.

Unless you are trying to launch programs that wont run or take a very long time to launch, there is NO BENEFIT to fiddling about with RAM.
All start ups are easier to view in CCleaner > Tools > Start Up

Iobit Advanced System Care has the facility to free up ram, and startup features (you can look at and decide, but often it will say recommended/or, allow you to delay, or, stop until you need it.,and other things when not needed. (Free- http://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/advanced_systemcare_11_beta.html
Otherwise, somethings seem to be using far too much ram - perhaps too many programs automatically starting Advanced Syatem Care could help reduce that, and it has a button to 'clean' ram, releasing what it can.
A 4gb (or, larger) usb stick can be used to add "hard disk cashe", using readyboost . This is faster than hard drive, but slower than ram.
    https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff356869.aspx
From that link "you can configure ReadyBoost by right-clicking the device in Windows Explorer, clicking Properties, and then clicking the ReadyBoost tab. The only configuration option is to configure the space reserved for the cache. You must reserve at least 256 MB. Larger caches can improve performance, but the ReadyBoost cache cannot be greater than 4 GB on a FAT32 file system or greater than 32 GB on an NTFS file system."

I think that I would be more concerned about how much Available physical memory I have, a sure sign of something being "off".

I have found on many occasions, that using readyboost did help with computers, and laptops that I worked on, with Windows 7, and 8.1.
Cheaper than ,and less bother to install than ram
I wonder about the graphics card/embedded video, as if you play a game, and it needs more, perhaps it would slow things down considerably ( frame rates)
