   The last few times I've brought up Task Manager I get a window that only shows the Services pane
   If I get Task Manager under the Administrative Tools\System Configuration\Tools tab I still only get the Services pane.

   Move mouse pointer to some clear space between the top border and the column
   names... then double click... the original menu bar, tabs, etc should be
   back.
