Task Manager

for about 2 months now i have been seeing a red line in the performance tab at cpu usage. What is that?
using WinXP home

 

What programs had you installed about two month's ago? I think theres a way to check using window's system roll back..

Does the Red line stop your CPU from going above it?
Do you have your processor overclocked?
Do you have any motherboard software, or motherboard tweaks done?
I found a website that says that there is some memory managment software out there that places a redline in your TaskManager - maybe you have it?


if the red line isn't doing anything except being there.. I wouldn't worry too much about it.
