    How do you acess task manager as i cannot delete some files in program file,

    Hold CTRL - ALT -DEL keys down all at same time for the Task Manager.

    You can also right-click an empty part of your TaskBar, then select Task Manager (maybe not on all Windows versions?).
     
  4. Insomniac's statement can only be found on a windows xp and i think the old win2k machine has it. Other than that I think you need to hit cntrl alt delete.

    You can right-click the TaskBar in Windows NT4/2000/XP/2003 .

    For Windows 9x, it's Ctrl + Alt + Del as Halo sugested.
