Taskbar Is Toast!!!

Alright guys...I need some major help! I have been trying to find and remove a couple of infections from my computer today. I wasn't having any luck so I tried following Major Attitude's Spyware Guide (http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=35407). I ran most of the tools that were suggested and rebooted my computer.

Now when I boot up my computer and log in my start menu/taskbar is stuck on the bottom and won't move. I have tried unlocking it and turning on and off the auto hide feature. Nothing seems to help. I can see the very top edge of it but that is all. When I mouse over I get arrows that indicate that I should be able to resize it but I can't.
