   hey geeks, i just finished installing windows 8.1 and i noticed a glitch. its freakin annoying. i tried to change the colors nad themes, but this stays the same... i think its hardware relevant !
   i got Gforce GT 740
   8gb ram
   Core i5 processor.
   
   please help me.
