Taskbar Regedit hack

Hi' I'm new here. I hope someone can help with a little regedit question:


At work we use logmein.com to connect to our clients (Windows XP). They have 3+ monitors connected to one PC and some times the Task bar is on the wrong monitor. With logmein you can't scroll to screen and then drag the task bar to ware you want it like you can using VNC. Can you move the taskbar's position using regedit at least to the right screen?

Ok well so far no one has any ideas. So here is a different question.

Is there any software that can compare two registry backups and show the differences? So that way I can make the change and the software can show me the difference?
