I was having problems with accessing the internet and after determining it is not my modem or router (I am in the next room on a laptop connected to my network) I discovered thru looking at services.msc that all services required to assign an IP address are not running and will not start when promted to do so thru services.msc because I get the messages indicating they are all dependent upon each other. Is there a way to recover the drivers (including IPSEC) or any others that are key here other than formatting and reloading windows? I am very dependent on this everyday (and night) for work and I have been trying to resolve this for 3 days to no avail. Remove-it found a virus and deleted it, but I'm suspecting some registry items were altered and that is beyond my capability to figure out. Any ideas?
