TCP testing ports

    Ok im trying to play Endless Online and when i go to my create account it tells me my server is not available..so i downloaded there help center to see what the hell is going on. The help center ran tests on my internet connection and it past the local tcp lookback test, but failed the remote tcp ping test and the tcp port test...so i ran the command prompt to see what it was..and my Client IP address will not respond but my server IP address will..also my tcp port will not work..what do i do?
