TCPIP network transport is not installed after malware fix

Hello,
Recovered from the UPS trojan and now have this error message as windows starts and no connectivity. Tim on the Malware forum suggested I come here as the Malware issues seems to be resolved.

I have tried the MS winsock fix with no changes in the symptom. TIm had suggested that i use the MS link that guides through a registry recovery but on that link it suggests not using the procedure for OEM installs. I have a Dell w/WP sp2..

I don't have the Dell cd. I am expecting one by Wednesday...

Any other suggestions till then?:confused
