   I've got an identical recurrence of a problem I've posted about before -

   It seems I managed to resolve it last time, I believe through rebooting router and all comps, but that isn't helping this time.

   Looks as if a recent Win 7 update may have modified the behaviour of the Windows firewall, as turning it off for private networks has resolved this problem.
