tearing out linolium flooring BITES!!

Yes it does. I feel for ya man, one of my first jobs out of high school was doing that for my uncle. He got all these contracts for gov't buildings and military bases and such... nothing like tearing out the linoleum tiles in a NonCom Officer's Mess

 

use a heat gun or an air chisle..........or leave it.......I use to be in the business, and we left up to three levels of linolium, and it's ok to do so.........wobbles

 

i hate lynolium. my kitchen floor is covered by it. My computer chair is doing a good job of tearing it up though.

I don't have much left. Will finish up today or tomorrow. I had to replace a bunch of sheetrock. Hit a romex staple yesterday, melted off the end of the screwdriver and sat me down on the floor pretty hard. Gotta replace that peice of romex and patch the wall today. Texture guy will be here in a bit to shoot the ceiling and wall area by the kitchen. Oh yeah, gotta make a dump run and get rid of all the peices that I tore out this weekend LOL.

Almost done, just have to wait for the stuff to show up, should be this week. I hope anyway......ugh.

I will take some pics when the guy is done shooting and post them.

I looked at the photos of the lights in the ceiling earlier.
