sorry guys, but i am just barely computer literate, and lets forget for a minute that i have been away for a couple of mos. i came home to find the alexa toolbar and about 15 other things on this machine that i cannot delete. Most of syst has been disabled --(what is $CHICAGO$) unable to restore or back up anything or transfer..as i am technically retarted. can someone pls help me dimension2400 winxp 128 initially 256added. Dell says i can't even save music--from my discs-- can someone help me dump-reformat- and start over?? my compputer doesn't take commands from me anymore. stupid girl needs a geek.

IF I can't save anything will start over, have spybot and sweeper, blaster--but i cannot set it so that i can log onto my own browser, registry dr and registry medic along w/ microsoft beta and mcaffee--isn't that enough? and what is this chicago thing that has disabled my system function????
