Ive been trying to get my TV-7131/FM Hybrid TV Tuner to find some channels on Vista x64 MediaCenter. ive been searching everywhere and tried countless drivers with no joy! this afternoon i found this: http://support.packardbell.com/uk/item/index.php?i=topic_02633&ppn=PB35207801

Right ive finally started to get somewhere! late last night i took my new Nvidia Graphics Card out and put my old ATI x600 back in so i could see if the fix that i found actually worked. so i fitted it in and installed the driver and tested it but nothing had changed so i pulled the card back out put the Nvidia back in and went to bed. ive just turned my pc on and tried the MCE and its said a new tuner had been added so i try to find a channel and it picks up several now when i go and try to watch tv i can hear but theres no picture and it says ive got a low signal and has been forced to stop.anyone got any ideals how i can fix this ? im almost there everything working
