TELNET.EXE on start-up

    I have done full scans using norton and adaware, both are updated and do not tell me that this is a virus or a serious problem.

    On start-up...when I open windows up this black diologue box opens (20cm x 10cm), in the top it has an address...

    C:\WINDOWS\System32\telnet.exe

    Inside box it says...

    welcome to microsoft telnet client

    Escape character is 'CTRL+]'

    Microsoft Telnet>



    Can someone tell me what this is please...I am worried it is a hacker programme :(
