Temps from the new Battlefield 3

As some of the regulars here might know, I occasionally like to post some in-game temps from whatever game I'm in to at the time. I've posted some COD MW2 temps, some Serious Sam 2HD temps, and I think some BFBC2 temps. Well, BF3 was recently released and I was lucky enough to win a copy thru an online giveaway, so I decided to play for 2 hours and post my temps. The fan speed on my GTX570 is locked at 70% via eVGA Precision and I run a Spire Thermax II Eclipse cooler on my CPU with 2 Scythe SlipStream 110cfm fans in push-pull (my CPU is a PhenomII X4 955 at stock 3.20ghz). (before anyone says "hey! those temps are great! why are you posting?" - I know the temps are fine - I'm not having any problems - I have no life and felt like posting my temp readings from a gnarly BF3 campaign )

Have you thought about maybe having a play about with overclocking if you haven't already?

 

LOL, that 570 must be sounding somewhat loud at %70 fan, I leave my 470 at auto @ %100 load 24/7 and no OC but the 570 runs cooler so you might have a nice 'whoosh' instead.

 

I recently put in a gtx560 ti in order to play bf3. I've left the fan speeds alone, and it never leaves 40% while keeping the temps around 70ish like yours. Seems you could save some power on that fan. I'm also not prone to making the fan stay at a higher speed than needed, ive had too many fail on me.
