Terminal Server

    I've got 2 2008 Windows Servers. I recently added another admin and when he logs onto one of the servers via remote access he gets Terminal Services licensing mode is not configured after he gets in (it's a pop up box by the sys time). Then if tries to log into another server he gets a pop up before he accepts that says The certificate is not from a trusted certifying authority.

    Please help!
