Terminal Service Question

Greetings Everyone,

I have setup a Win2k server and was playing around with Terminal Services and can't figure out a logon issue. I can logon fine being a domain admin, but I was seeing what would happen if a regular end user tried logging on and it worked one time and then the next time I logged on, I get this, "Windows cannot log you on because the profile cannot be loaded".

I looked around the net, but to no avail. I am on a Win 2K network and all patches and SP's have been apllied.

Terminal services requires Terminal services licensing for normal users to connect. WIthout a license for each normal user, you can only connect with an account of admin priv's.
