Terragen

So the other day i ran across this CG stuff and i asked the guy how he made it. He said something called Terragen. I looked around and found it on Download.com and installed it. It immediately ate 2 hours of my life. Very cool and very addicting, but I think I want to actually figure out how to work this thing and make the environments I want instead of just tinkering around. Does anyone know of any tutorials for this or if there's anyone with personal experience with this program, any help would be appreciated.
