When I first looked at this, I was like oh man! the latency of my ram is soooo low. Well I mean to say the laptop I had before this one, had maybe half that.. but yeah. Also I added my internal networking card cause, 4 years ago. this computer with an ac wireless card. what? I felt very very happy. While running the tests I had my browser open and maybe 6 tabs. It does what I need it to. That's it. ((The only things I would be willing to do myself is put in another stick of ram, or upgrade both, and or upgrade to a bigger SSD, Elsewise it's a new computer, as good and as cheap as I can do.))

I have Performance Test 4.o. It actually runs on 64bit windows. I think perhaps some of the tests are not as accurate as they could be, and the interface is a very basic GUI . . . but it renders a Pass Mark rating not too different from what is displayed here. I always liked the program, and this one seems useful. I might buy it.

Right. I meant the old 4.0 version I had back in the 32bit XP days will work on 64bit 7 and even 10.

I used PT a lot years ago and love the program. Well made tool.

W10 uses fast startup as default and you have a fresh drive, I'd expect sub 10 seconds Windows boot > Desktop from that rig even with a real reboot.

It's about 30 seconds total boot time.

I use my own tweaks to adjust for speed. Thanks for the link though.

I never use Fast Startup option due to the issues it can cause. It's all most like Sleep Hybrid mode. What most don't realize is Windows has had issues with these in the past.Reason why i don't put system to sleep.I either keep it on or turn it off when i am at work. And the way windows 10 updates tend to break stuff. It's best not to use them.

You can quite easily circumvent this by going into the registry ;)
