Fascinating temps wile e. Very low.

On several PCs I have around, the standard seems to be about 33 C for the processor with HDDs 28-35. Let us know if you care to share your secrets. Are you using high end fans?

I bought a super cool laptop on ebay and decided to step up for a lap cooler with a single 10" fan. The cooler was only $20, but it makes a 10C difference with video running. Very happy to have the cooler which coolly (no pun intended) runs off USB. I can carry it around. Not surprised to see improvement from you adding fans to your system, but I haven't seen 7 C from a processor before :D Good stuff.

Well the computer case i have is a HAF Cooler Master HAF 912 case.http://us.coolermaster.com/product/Detail/case/mid-tower/haf-912.html

I have two fans on the top sucking out hot air.Back Fan Sucking out hot air.

I am using a Aftermarket cooler that has one fan blowing air through it.Taking the heat off the RAM sticks. No side panel fan.Have two fans blowing air into case from the bottom front.

These are the temps under load.

I plan on buying extra couple fans that are needed.I buy fans that have a higher CFM or Air flow. All my fans are 120mm fans.

Edit: I all so use a manual speed fan controller on my case i bought a couple years ago.To get the fans to spin at max speed. And not through mother board.Only fan connected through mother board is the CPU fan.

Always wanted one of those mini liquid coolers. They look amazing. Yours must be working well with those temps. Those are really great so you must be getting great performance. Long as it's not too loud, sounds like it would be a blast to use.

My favorite PC here has an 80 mm fan in front, CPU fan, and an 80 mm at the back. It's kind of loud, but the temps are always very steady, and the PC runs really well when it's not under really heavy video type loads. Just wish it wasn't such a weird board...4 GB max RAM and only single channel mem, yet it supports core 2 quad of all things and all the way up the chain (Q9400 in this one). It's the PC I have stability problems with at times for now...but maybe there could be a new board in its future. Thankfully there is a DDR3 capable board that will take the Q9400 and allow for 8 GB :)

Is your system water cooled or air cooled.I was thinking about installed one of them corsair water blocks for my cpu.

This is my system after a week of tweaking and letting the Thermal paste bond. This is not at full load.My cpu might spike up to 20 to 30 °C but than it will drop after. The normal Speed of the cpu is 4.0ghz but goes into turbo mode at 4.2 i think.

Try using software that reads the CPU temp. sensor correctly ;)

    Maybe Speccy or HWiNFO64?
